| PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STANDS |
|
- Stands with up to 24 m2 (included) are equipped.
- The price includes: registration, insurance and inclusion in the exhibitors official catalogue.
- VAT not included.

| Terms and Conditions of the Stands |
- An equipped stand includes: separation walls, carpet, fascia with company name, sockets, 1 table and 2 chairs.
- The price of the stand includes a certain number of speeches at the Congress. The number of speeches depends on the size of the stand. |
| Payment |
- 10% of the payment should be done when signing the stand booking.
- 40% of the payment should be done 90 days before the Exhibition
- The following, 50% of the payment of the stand should be done at least 35 days before beginning of the International Rail Forum 2011.

| Discounts |
- If your company has participated in the last two consecutive editions 2008 and 2010, you will receive a 15% discount.
- If you have participated only in the 2010 edition, you will receive a 10% discount on the price of the stand for IRF 2011.
- These discounts cannot be accumulated with the rest of pre-payment discounts available for the rest of exhibitors.

| Cancellation |
- Cancellation of a booked stand, with less than 3 months notice before the beginning of the IRF 2011, will be penalized with a down payment of 30% of the stand fee.
- Cancellation of a booked stand, with less than 35 days notice before the beginning of the IRF 2011, will be penalized with a down payment of 100% of the stand fee.
